EEC’s water treatment facility near Stanley, North Dakota is in
now in operation and servicing the Bakken Oil field in Mountrail County,
North Dakota. EEC has finalized a pipeline contract with Chevron for
disposing of their production water into EEC’s operated water treatment
facility located in Upton County, Texas. We are pleased to be working with
Chevron. EEC assumed operatorship of a wellbore in Sweetwater County,
Wyoming. We are beginning recompletion plans for a commercial water treatment
facility to serve the area. December 2007 EEC has negotiated with Chesapeake Energy in the Reeves
County, Texas area to construct a pipeline and two water stations for
Chesapeake operated wells near the water treatment facility located in Reeves
County, Texas west of Pecos. The work has begun and we look forward to
accommodating Chesapeake and other operators in the area. November 2007 EEC has applied for and was granted a permit to recomplete a
plugged and abandoned wellbore located in Mountrail County, North Dakota near
the city of Stanley. EEC plans to recomplete the wellbore to a water
treatment facility. We look forward to accommodating the Stanley, North
Dakota area in the near future. EEC was assigned operatorship of a water treatment facility in
Reeves County, Texas just west of the city of Pecos. We have performed a
workover to get facility upgraded to a commercial water treatment facility. September 2007 EEC purchased a brine station located in Ward County, Texas
near the city of Barstow. Included with this purchase EEC acquired a second
brine station and fresh water well in Pecos County, Texas near the city of
Coyanosa. We look forward to serving the West Texas oil and gas fields. EEC assumed operatorship of a water treatment facility and oil
well located in Gaines County, Texas. Included with this purchase is another
water treatment facility located in Yoakum County, Texas. All three
facilities are located west of Denver City, Texas. July 2007 EEC has just been notified by the Australian Government, as
the winning bidder for four blocks located in the prolific Carnarvon Basin
Offshore Western Australia, called W06-10 & W06-13. The Carnarvon Basin
is Australia’s most prolific oil and gas producing basin, with a cumulative
production of over 1 million barrels of crude oil and condensate. It is a
major producing hydrocarbon province, with world class oil and gas fields
discovered to date. W06-10 is located near the Jansz-lo gas field with estimated
reserves of 22 trillion cubic feet of gas. In July 2006, Chevron drilled the
Chandon-1 well. The well was located within WA-268P. The well was located in
between the Jansz-lo gas field and the border of W06-10. The Chandon-1
exploration well was drilled to a total depth of 11,801 feet. The primary
objective reservoir interval at the top of Mungaroo Formation was found to be
gas bearing. The well intersected a 646 foot gross gas column within high
quality reservoir sands. Estimated reserves are 4 TCF of gas. W06-13 is located near the East Spar gas field. East Spar was
discovered in 1993. First production averaged 30 million cubic feet of gas
per day and 2,000 barrels of condensate per day from just two subsea wells.
The East Spar-6 well averaged rates of 33 million cubic feet of gas per day
and 1,733 barrels of condensate per day. We are excited to be expanding our leasehold interest in this
booming area. We would like to thank the Western Australia Government for the
opportunity to do business with them, and look forward to exploring for oil
& gas in the most prolific oil and gas producing basin in Australia. November 2006 EEC has just placed bids with the Australian Government for
four blocks located in the prolific Carnarvon Basin and Bonaparte Basin
Offshore Western Australia. The Carnarvon Basin is Australia’s most prolific
oil and gas producing basin, with a cumulative production of over 1 billion
barrels of crude oil and condensate. It is a major producing hydrocarbon
province, with world class oil and gas fields discovered to date. The
Bonaparte also has large hydrocarbon filled structures. In the Carnarvon Basin, the Barrow Island oilfield has
produced 300,000,000 barrels of oil since it commenced operations in 1967 and
is expected to recover a further 100,000,000 barrels through secondary
recovery techniques. The $12 billion North West Shelf Gas Project currently
extracts gas and condensate from the large offshore North Rankin (6.3 TCF),
Goodwyn (4.8TCF) and Perseus (9.2 TCF) fields. We are excited for the possible opportunity to be awarded
these areas. We thank the Western Australia Government for the opportunity to
do business with them, and look forward to their final decision. July 2006 |
